TikTok removes reposts one at a time: open the video, tap Share or the Repost button, choose Remove repost, go back, repeat. For 1,000 reposts that's 1,000 rounds of the same taps. Most people do it in short sittings, and fast tapping can hit the same temporary limits a tool does.

A realistic plan for 1,000 reposts

Scan first so you know the real number; your Reposts tab doesn't show a total.
Start a cleanup and let it run while you do something else.
When it slows or stops, take a break of at least half an hour instead of retrying.
Scan again and continue. Expect two or more sessions for 1,000 reposts.
