How to See How Many Reposts You Have on TikTok

TikTok tells you how many followers, likes, and following you have, but it never shows a count for your reposts. If you want to know how many videos are sitting in your Reposts tab, you have to find that number another way. Here is what is actually possible, and what the 'repost checker' tools you have seen really do.

Where TikTok shows your reposts (and where it doesn't)

Your reposts live under a dedicated Reposts tab on your profile, marked with a loop arrow icon. You can open it and scroll the full list, but TikTok deliberately does not print a total at the top the way it does for followers or likes. There is no counter in Settings either, and no public API that returns the number, so any tool claiming an exact total got it by scanning the tab, not by reading a hidden figure.

How to count your reposts manually

  1. Open TikTok and tap Profile in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Tap the Reposts tab (the loop-arrow icon in the row of tabs).
  3. Scroll slowly to the bottom so every thumbnail loads.
  4. Count them, or estimate by rows: the grid is three across, so count the rows and multiply by three.

For a handful of reposts this takes a minute. For a long history built up over years, manual counting is slow and easy to lose track of, which is exactly why people search for a repost checker.

What TikTok repost checkers actually do

A repost checker does not tap into a secret TikTok statistic, because none exists. It loads your Reposts tab, scrolls it the same way you would, and counts the video cards it finds. That is the entire trick. A tool can do it faster and without miscounting, but it is reading the same public tab you can see yourself.

Seeing the count and clearing it in one place

WipeTok scans your Reposts tab and shows you the total it found before you remove anything, so counting and cleaning happen in the same pass. It is a free Chrome extension and iPhone app: you sign in to TikTok yourself in a session you can see, it never collects your password, and it removes reposts in visible, paced batches with a stop button. WipeTok is independent and not affiliated with TikTok.

So if the reason you want the number is to decide whether to clean up, you can skip the manual count entirely: scan first, see the total, then clear as much or as little as you want.

Frequently asked questions

Does TikTok show how many reposts you have?

No. TikTok shows counts for followers, following, and likes, but not for reposts. The Reposts tab lists them without a total, so you either count them yourself or use a tool that scans the tab and reports the number.

Is there a TikTok repost checker?

Several tools call themselves repost checkers, but none read a hidden statistic; they load your Reposts tab and count the videos in it. WipeTok does this as part of its scan and shows the total before you remove anything. Avoid any checker that asks for your password.

Can other people see how many reposts I have?

They can open your Reposts tab and scroll it, so the reposts are public, but they see no total number either. Nobody, including you, gets an official repost count from TikTok.

Clean up your TikTok reposts

WipeTok scans your repost trail and cleans it in visible, controlled batches — no password collection.
