How to count your reposts without another app
- Open your own TikTok profile and select the Reposts tab.
- Scroll to load older videos. Wait whenever loading pauses.
- Count the visible cards. For a three-column grid, multiply full rows by three and add the cards in the last partial row.
- Record the date and the count. If more cards load later, update the number.
TikTok’s repost help page explains where the list lives, but does not document a profile-wide total counter. Counting that list is different from counting how many people reposted one of your videos. It also cannot recover reposts whose videos are no longer available to you.

Check your count with WipeTok on desktop
- Install the WipeTok Chrome extension from its Chrome Web Store listing.
- Sign in to TikTok in your browser and open your own profile.
- Open the WipeTok side panel and select Scan reposts.
- Wait for the scan to finish, then read the “found” count. Do not select Remove all if you only want to count.
- If the result seems too low, let TikTok finish loading, confirm the account and Reposts tab, and select Rescan.
Why a repost counter can miss videos
We reviewed WipeTok Chrome extension 1.0.2’s scan code. It opens the Reposts tab, collects video IDs without counting the same ID twice, and scrolls for more cards. It stops after repeated passes without growth or after a bounded number of passes. A loading gap, unavailable video, changed TikTok layout, or very long history can therefore leave a scan incomplete.

These checks use controlled page fixtures and source inspection, not a live-account accuracy benchmark. We have not measured a universal percentage of reposts that any checker can find. Avoid tools promising a complete count for any private account or asking you to send them your TikTok password.

Frequently asked questions
Does TikTok show how many reposts I have?
TikTok documents a Reposts tab, but its help page does not describe a total counter for your profile. Count the loaded cards yourself, or use a scan and treat its result as the number found in that scan.
Can I count reposts without deleting them?
Yes. In WipeTok’s Chrome extension, Scan reposts discovers videos and displays a count. Removal starts only when you separately choose Remove all. You can leave after reading the scan result.
Why does my TikTok repost checker show zero?
You may be on the wrong account or tab, the page may not have loaded, or TikTok’s layout may have changed. Confirm your own Reposts tab, reload, and rescan before concluding that your history is empty.
Can I check someone else’s private repost count?
WipeTok’s documented workflow is for your own signed-in profile. It does not provide a way to bypass another account’s privacy settings.
