Reposts pile up quietly. Each one is a single tap, and after a few months your profile's Reposts tab can hold hundreds of videos you no longer want to recommend. Here is how to clear them on an Android phone, either by hand or with an app that repeats the same action for you.

What removing a repost actually does

A repost recommends someone else's video to your followers and lists it under the Reposts tab on your profile. Removing it ("un-reposting") withdraws only your recommendation. The creator's original video, its views and its comments stay exactly where they are, and the creator is not notified.

Remove a single repost in the TikTok app

  1. Open TikTok and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  2. Open the Reposts tab (the icon with two arrows next to your Videos tab).
  3. Open the video you want to remove.
  4. Tap the Share arrow on the right side of the video.
  5. Tap Remove repost. The video disappears from your Reposts tab.

Is there a 'remove all reposts' option on Android?

No. As of 2026 TikTok has no button that clears every repost, on Android or anywhere else, and no public consumer API for bulk repost removal. Any tool that clears many reposts is repeating the same per-video Remove repost action. Be wary of anything that promises an instant server-side wipe or asks for your TikTok password.

Clear a long repost trail with WipeTok for Android

WipeTok is available on Google Play for Android phones and tablets, Android 8.0 or later. It automates the per-video removal so you don't have to tap through each repost, while keeping each step visible.

  1. Install WipeTok from Google Play and open it. You can try the demo with sample reposts first; demo cleanup never touches your real account.
  2. Sign in to TikTok yourself inside the app's visible browser view. WipeTok does not ask for or store your password; the session stays on your phone.
  3. Let the app scan your reposts. You see the list before anything is removed.
  4. Filter by creator or date, sort the list, and select the reposts you want gone.
  5. Review the selection and start the cleanup. Follow the progress and tap Stop whenever you want.
  • Only confirmed removals are counted and added to your cleanup history.
  • Your repost list and removal history stay on the device; they are not uploaded to WipeTok's servers.
  • Access: Free to download. Repost removal uses Pro access or available bonus credits; paid upgrades are offered in the app through Google Play. The app shows the allowance available to your account. Pro limits, bonus credits and offers can change; the in-app screen is the current source for your allowance and price.

Frequently asked questions

Can you remove all TikTok reposts at once on Android?

Not with a single TikTok button. TikTok removes reposts one video at a time. A cleanup app such as WipeTok for Android repeats that action across the reposts you select, in a visible run you can stop.

Is there a WipeTok app for Android?

Yes. WipeTok is on Google Play for Android phones and tablets, Android 8.0 or later. Free to download. Repost removal uses Pro access or available bonus credits; paid upgrades are offered in the app through Google Play.

Does the Android app need my TikTok password?

No. You sign in to TikTok yourself inside a visible browser view in the app. Your session cookies stay in that view's storage on your phone and are not sent to WipeTok.

Will removing a repost delete the original video?

No. It only removes your repost. The creator's video stays on their account and they are not notified.

Is WipeTok for Android the same as the iPhone app?

It follows the same approach: scan, review a selection, and run a paced cleanup you can stop. It is a separate native Android app sold through Google Play, so purchases and history do not carry over from iPhone.
