Who can see your Liked videos tab

If you created your account a long time ago or changed this setting yourself, don't assume the default still applies. Check it: the setting, not your account age, decides who sees the tab.
How to hide your liked videos
- In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
- Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
- Tap Settings and privacy, then Privacy.
- Tap Liked videos and select Only you.
Hiding is not the same as deleting
Switching to Only you hides the tab from your profile; your likes stay on each video and stay in your own Liked list. A like is also an interaction with the creator's video, and hiding your tab later does not change what the creator could see when you liked it. If you want the likes gone, you have to unlike the videos.

Reposts work differently from likes: they are shared with your followers by design rather than kept in a private list. If you're tidying up what your profile says about you, check your Reposts tab too.

Can people see what videos I like on TikTok?
Only if your Liked videos setting allows it. New accounts hide liked videos by default. You can choose Everyone (public accounts), Followers (private accounts) or Only you under Settings and privacy → Privacy → Liked videos.
How do I make my TikTok likes private?
Go to Profile → Menu ☰ → Settings and privacy → Privacy → Liked videos and select Only you.
Does hiding liked videos delete them?
